From Adnan Menderes Airport to Alsancak

 

 

Airport Shuttle (HAVAS)

 

For those arriving at Adnan Menderes Airport, the most convenient way would be taking the Havas shuttle bus to Alsancak. It takes approximately 60 minutes to Alsancak and the fare costs 10 TL (about  3,5 €). For directions and more information, visit the HAVAS webpage.

 

 

 

Taxi

 

A taxi ride from the airport to Alsancak would cost around 60 TL (about 22 €)  and it takes about 30 minutes.

 

IZBAN Metro

 

The IZBAN metro can also be used to travel from the airport to the Alsancak area. From the kiosks you can buy a disposable ticket. Please note that the IZBAN works from 05:34 am to 00:04 am. From Alsancak station you can take a taxi to your hotel. The fare should be around 20 TL (about  7  €)

 

Airport Public Bus

 

You can take the number 202, from HAVAALANI to CUMHURIYET MEYDANI, which costs 4 TL, and leaves the airport every hour.

 

 

From Coach Station to Alsancak

 

 

Travelling Company Shuttles

 

For those arriving at the Izmir Coach Station, you can take the private shuttles of the Travel companies’ that you travelled with to Alsancak for free.

 

Taxi

 

We recommend taking the taxi to Alsancak which would cost around 30 TL ( 11 €) and should take about 30 minutes.

 

Minibus

 

Alternatively, you can get on the Dolmus/Minibüs (Minibus) to Alsancak. The trip costs around 3 TL, and can be payed on the minibus.
